Apple and Pear Compote Recipe

2 apples (Fuji, Idared)
2 ripe conference pears
Wash, peel and cut the fruit into pieces.
Cook the fruit in the pan with 3 tablespoons water for about 10 minutes.
Stop cooking when the pieces of fruit are melting and allow to cool.
Mix and serve a portion adapted to the age and appetite of baby.
