Spinach and Ricotta Mashed Potatoes Recipe

100 g potatoes
200 g fresh spinach
4 cc of ricotta
Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Wash the spinach with water, drain and remove the tails.
Boil or steam the potatoes 2 min. Then add the spinach for another 8 min.
Once the vegetables are cooked, mix by adding cooking water if necessary. Add the ricotta and mix.
Serve portions that are adapted to baby’s age and appetite.
Alternative without cow’s milk protein or lactose: replace ricotta with a creamy vegetable rice preparation.
NB: from 8 months, add 2 cc of minced meat or fish or ½ egg per day.
