Veggie Bowl with Soba Noodles and Peanuts

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli

  • 200g of soba noodles

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil, hazelnut, tamari

  • 120g of tempeh

  • 1 teaspoon blond sugar

  • 1 cabbage carrot salad Nature card

  • 1 tablespoon grilled peanuts

Instructions

  • Steam broccoli until just al dente (about 5 min). Set aside. Cook the soba noodles as directed by the manufacturer.

  • Cut the tempeh into slices or cubes and fry for 4-5 min in the olive oil pan, then mix the tamari with the sugar and pour over the tempeh, cook until the sauce evaporated and the tempeh slightly caramelized.

  • In two large bowls, divide the well-drained noodles, the lacquered tempeh, the broccoli sprinkled with a little hazelnut oil and the Carrot Cauliflower and Raisins Carte Nature salad.

  • Sprinkle with peanuts and enjoy.
